We loved hearing Chuck’s story of how he got into woodworking, as well as getting a full tour of his Spring Hill, TN workshop.

I have a small shop where I make things on request for family and friends. Aside from an occasional table for my grand daughter, I mostly make jewelry boxes and cutting boards. I’m 85 years old and have been doing my thing with wood for the past 20 years. It wasn’t until I got a jointer, planner and miter saw that I opened up to making things I didn’t consider before. Best therapy a person could have who has some creative soul residing in him that needed release.
